ABSORBS IMPACT: Made with a special 1/4" high density vinyl foam designed to reduce shock on your joints while also reducing rope rebound. Regular exercise or yoga mats are too soft / thick and will cause the rope to bounce, causing misses.

LARGE FORMAT: We recommend large format mat because your rope will catch the edges of smaller mats as you move while jumping. Beveled edges further reduce chance your rope will catch and ruin your rhythm. Measures 48" x 36" with 1/4" thickness
