PRODUCT OF GREECE - The olive groves are right next to Ancient Messinia, in the village of Skala, approx. 20km North of Kalamata. The land of Makaria Terra is a land full of history, culture and traditions of the ancient Greek heritage.family olive grove consists of around 2,500 trees of the renowned Koroneiki variety.

HARVEST 2020/21- Get the freshest oil possible with the 2020/21 harvest. The olives are handpicked from the trees at the best possible moment, and rushed to the mill, where the oil is extracted and then filtered to remove any sediment that does not belong in the oil. A more expensive way of milling, as it adds a step to the process, but it is important for keeping an oil stable, and balanced. Chemical results ensure quality with low acidity of just .17 (image 6)
